General Rules
- Registration & Timing – Participants must register before the deadline and arrive at least 30 minutes early. Late entries may not be allowed.
- Time Limit – Exceeding or falling short of the time limit will result in a penalty. Participants should rehearse to finish on time.
- Language & Conduct – Use of abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language is strictly prohibited. Performances must remain respectful
- Finality of Decision – The judges’ decision will be final and binding. No appeals will be entertained.

- Participants may use mirrors as part of their artwork. Only small, flat mirrors are allowed, and participants must bring their own. Safety in handling sharp edges is the participant’s responsibility

UNITY IN CREATIVITY
- Use only professional design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign. Canva are not permitted to ensure unique, high-quality creations.
- Entries should be imaginative and must communicate a meaningful message or raise awareness on the theme.

Theme: Street Photography with Shutter Drag (Dragged by the Streets)
- Theme Adherence – Photographs must clearly reflect street photography with shutter drag/light trails/motion blur.
- Original Work – Only original photographs clicked by the participant are allowed. Plagiarism or use of stock images will lead to disqualification.
- Submission Format – JPEG/PNG format only; Minimum size: 3000px on longer side; File name: Participant Name _ Competition Name.
- Editing – Basic editing (exposure, contrast, cropping, minor color correction) is allowed. Heavy manipulations, composites, or AI generated images are not permitted.
- Watermarks – Submissions must not contain watermarks, names, or logos Hosting Team/College will not responsible of any loss of your belongings.
- Entries per Participant – Maximum 2 submissions per participant.
- Deadline – Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Rights – Submitted photographs may be used by the society/college for promotional purposes with due credit to the participant.

Theme: Cinematic Story telling (Story in Seconds)
- Theme Adherence – Reel must follow the theme cinematic storytelling with a clear beginning, middle, and end.
- Duration – Reel should be 30–90 seconds long. Anything shorter/longer will not be accepted.
- Format & Submission – Vertical format (9:16); MP4/MOV file; File name: Participant Name _ ReelComp.
- Originality – Content must be originally shot and edited by the participant/team. No stock footage, pre-made templates, or AIgenerated clips allowed.
- Audio – Participants may use royalty-free or original audio/music. Any copyrighted material used without rights will lead to disqualification. Team/College will not responsible of any loss of your belongings.
- Editing – Creative editing, color grading, and effects are allowed, but the story must remain the focus
- Entries per Participant/Team – Only 1 reel per participant/team.
- Team Size – Maximum 3 members per team (if applicable).
- Deadline – Late submissions will not be entertained.
- Rights – Submitted reels may be used by the society/college for promotional purposes with due credit.

- Teams are responsible for arranging their own instruments and removing props immediately after performance.
- Language of songs is open; fusion performances are allowed.

Solo Classical And Semi-classical Dance
Experience the grace and artistry of classical dance forms such as Kathak, Bharatnatyam, Kuchipudi, and more to fuse them with fun. Participants will be judged on talent, technique, and expression, with the option to use live music, provided strict guidelines are followed.
- Classical dances from approved schools such as Kathak, Kathakali, Bharatnatyam, Sattriya, Manipuri, Kuchipudi, Mohiniattam, or Odissi are eligible.
- Performance Duration: Min- 2 minutes, Max- 4 minutes.
- You may use the mic before or after your performance to briefly explain the story of your dance and provide details about the song (meaning, composer, raga, taal). However, this will count towards your total performance time, so plan accordingly.
- Maximum of 2 minutes allowed for setting up props or instruments.
- Participants must report to the In-Charge of the competition at least two hours before their performance. (Reporting Time will be shared 2 days prior to the event)
- Film songs or fusion songs are only permitted in semi-classical category.
- Participants are requested to upload their respective tracks to the Drive link that will be shared prior to the event

(Folk Group Dance)
Showcase your talent in traditional and classical Indian dance forms with teams of 4 to 15 members. This competition welcomes ethnic, folk, classical, and semi-classical styles, emphasizing rhythm, formation, expression, costumes, makeup, and sets. Live music is allowed with prior notice. The judges decisions are final, and teams are responsible for removing their sets & props post-performance.
- Team Size: 4 to 15 participants per team. 2. Dance Styles: Ethnic -Folk (Indian Style), Classical, Semi-classical.
- Performance Duration: Min- 4 minutes, Max- 6 minutes.
- Maximum of 1 minute allowed for setting up props or instruments.
- Teams are responsible for the immediate removal of their sets/properties after their performance.
- Participants must report to the In-Charge of the competition at least two hours before their performance. (Reporting Time will be shared 2 days prior to the event).
- Exceeding the time limit will result in Negative marking.
- Participants are requested to upload their respective tracks to the Drive link that will be shared prior to the event.

This is where rhythm meets western moves, and dancers become the embodiment of groove, style, and pure energy. From hip-hop to jazz, witness solos that push creative boundaries, turning the stage into a canvas for innovation. Get ready for performances that will leave you mesmerized and make you want to get up and dance!
- All western dance forms are allowed.
- Performance Duration: Min- 2 minutes, Max- 4 minutes.
- Participants must report to the In-Charge of the competition at least two hours before their performance. (Reporting Time will be shared 2 days prior to the event).
- Exceeding the time limit will result in Negative marking.
- Participants are requested to upload their respective tracks to the Drive link that will be shared prior to the event.

- The language used for MONO-ACT can be English and Hindi or both.
- Used of props is allowed.
- Use of vulgarity and obscenity is prohibited.
- Hosting Team/College will not responsible of any loss of your belongings.
- Participation should take care of ther belongings on their own.
The decision of the panel ofjudges will be final and binding.
- Reporting Time: 9:30 A.M. sharp.
- Time limit: 20+2 minutes(including stage setup.
- A team should have a maximum of 23 members.
- College ID is mandatory for entry.
- Every team is required to bring two copies of team list and synopsis each.
- Use of fire and harmful substances is strictly prohibited.
- Foul language and vulgarity is not permitted.
- Teams must bring and manage their own instruments and props.
- Only live music is allowed.
The decision of the judge will be final and binding.
- Duration of the performance should be 20 – 25 minutes only.
- The performance should be according to the theme of the event.
