Introduction

Endeavour is a flagship event organized by Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies. It provides a vibrant
platform for students from diverse backgrounds to exhibit their knowledge, skills, and potential. The
essence of Endeavour lies in recognizing those who demonstrate determination, courage, and the
will to thrive—even in challenging situations. The participants who effectively balance emotional
intelligence with intellectual capabilities will emerge as true winners. It serves as a remarkable
opportunity for students to display their managerial acumen and multifaceted talents.

Building on this spirit, TIAS proudly continues the legacy by hosting “Endeavour – Management
Fest”
on campus. This event brings together a series of management-focused activities that
celebrate the diverse interests, strengths, and unique skills of the student community.

This activity merges mental agility with business literacy, testing how well individuals can navigate through layered logic, hidden clues, and conceptual questions. It’s more than just a quiz—it’s a maze of intellect and insight.

DESCRIPTION

To challenge participants on their business knowledge, reasoning, speed, and creativity through multiple rounds featuring business trivia, puzzles, decoding challenges, and corporate logic exercises.

GENERAL GUIDELINES (BUSINESS BRAIN MAZE):
  1. Team Size: 1–2 members.
  2. Format: Multi-round business quiz and puzzle competition.
  3. No mobile phones, internet access, or external assistance allowed.
  4. Each round is time-bound.
  5. Evaluation based on accuracy, reasoning, and response speed.
TIME LIMITS:
  1. Business Quiz Round: 15 seconds per question.
  2. Puzzle Round: 5 minutes.
  3. Logic Challenge: 30 seconds per question.
  4. Rapid Fire: 60 seconds.
SCORING:
  1. Correct answers earn points.
  2. Negative marking for incorrect answers in selected rounds.
  3. Bonus points for fastest correct responses.

Introduction

A strategic role-reversal simulation inspired by Shark Tank, where participants become investors rather than entrepreneurs. Participants evaluate startup ideas and pitch themselves as ideal investors, showcasing their analytical and persuasive abilities.

DESCRIPTION

To assess participants’ understanding of investment analysis, startup evaluation, negotiation, and financial decision-making through simulated investor-startup interactions.

GENERAL GUIDELINES (BUSINESS BRAIN MAZE):
  1. Team Size: 2–3 members.
  2. Teams receive startup proposals for evaluation.
  3. Participants act as investors.
  4. Present investment decisions with logical justification.
  5. No internet access during the competition.

  1. Team Size: 2–4 members.
  2. Campaign must include target audience, message, and promotional strategy.
  3. Original content only.
  4. Visual aids are permitted.
TIME LIMITS:
  1. Campaign Development: 20 minutes.
  2. Pitch Presentation: 5 minutes.
  3. Q&A: 2 minutes.

  5. Presentation quality.

RULE & REGULATIONS

All the participants are required to get themselves registered; else, they will not be allowed to participate

  1. Last day for internal registration will be 11.03.2026.
  2. For external participants, registration can be done on 14th April, 2026 from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM. However, prior confirmation for the event is required.
  3. All participants are required to be on time else their registration will stand cancelled.
  4. Information regarding the events will be available at the Registration Desk.
  5. Entries in particular event will be strictly on first come basis.
  6. All participants are required to report 15 minutes prior to commencement of particular event.
  7. Late entries will not be allowed.
  8. Judges’ decision will be final. Clarifications regarding the judgment will not be entertained.
  9. Stationery, special equipment’s etc. will not be provided and will not be compensated for as well.
  10. Participants are required to produce their College Identity Card on demand.
  11. Organizers will not be responsible for the security of participants’ personal belongings.
