Dr. Pragati is a dedicated and dynamic academician with 5.5 years of teaching experience in the field of Commerce and Management. She is currently serving as the Head of the Department of B.Com at Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies, Rohini, New Delhi. She has consistently contributed to academic excellence through her commitment to quality teaching, research, and student development. She holds expertise in areas such as Human Resource Management, Finance, Marketing Management, Organizational Behaviour, Strategic Management, and Business Communication. She has actively participated in various national and international conferences, workshops, seminars, and faculty development programmes, where she has shared her academic insights and research contributions with fellow scholars and professionals.
In addition to her academic engagements, Dr. Pragati has published research papers in SCOPUS, ABDC, UGC Care and Peer Reviewed journals and continuously works towards enhancing knowledge and innovation in the field of commerce education. Her teaching methodology focuses on experiential learning, practical exposure, and skill development, enabling students to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world business practices.
