Techno Vision Introduction​​

The 13th Techno Vision–IT Academic Fest will be held on Saturday, February 25th, 2022, on the campus of Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies. We have been motivated by the amazing reaction from all participating universities over the last twelve years to take the Techno-Vision to the next level this year in terms of content, logistics, and scale. Further broadening the scope, Techno Vision 13th provides several chances for students to participate in and compete in a variety of online events. This year, eight online activities are being organized with the goal of creating a huge technological extravaganza. All this events are based on thrust area prescribed by AICTE for the overall grooming of students.   1. The deadline to register for online events: February 19th, 2022.
  2. Declaration of results for online events: February 25th, 2022.

Objectives

  1. To raise awareness among IT and management students about the practical exposure to the newest technology trends.
  2. To find talent among students and to bring the students’ many educational facets to the surface
  3. Allow students to brush up on their technical knowledge.

Techno Vision IT Academic Fest 2022:​

Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies is conducting “Techno Vision – IT Academic Fest” for the IT students of GGSIPU colleges, as per the time slots indicated in the Programme Schedule. Following are the major events, which would be part of this event:

Webscape is a platform where students may demonstrate their web talents by creating attractive and informative sites utilizing cutting-edge tools and technologies such as dot net, java, php, and html, among others

Final Round

  • a. Each team will be assigned a theme to display their design.
  • b. The technologies used will be the most up-to-date web technologies and modules.
  • c. The topic will be provided on the spot.
  • d. The evaluation will be based on front-end and back-end, with 40 percent going to logic and 60 percent creativity.
  • e. The top team qualified for the Mains must host their site on a local server.
  • f. No use of the Internet is permitted.
Programming resembles a round of golf. The aim isn’t to get the ball in the hole, but to see how many strokes it takes, breaking down a hard concept into manageable chunks. And that, in a nutshell, is what programming is all about.

Preliminary Round

  • a. A team should have no more than two members.
  • b. A 20-question test will be administered in 15 minutes.
  • c. A wrong answer will result in a -ve marking of 1/2.
  • d. A total of ten teams will be selected for the final round.
 

Final Round

  • a. There are two questions in this programming round.
  • b. It’s written in C/C++.
  • c. The participant can choose any of these.
  • d. The questions above will describe how to implement common C and C++ ideas.
  • e. Carry out coding in C/C++.
The presentation of technical papers gives a platform for students to learn about research, thinking, and presenting ideas and technologies in a professional manner.

FinalRound

  • a. The topic of the technical paper must be IT-related.
  • b. The event is free and open to all students.
  • c. Students must give a PowerPoint presentation.
  • d. The maximum number of slides allowed is ten.
  • e. Graphics, schematic diagrams, and figures are permissible.
  • f. There is a time limit of 6-10 minutes.
  • g. Judges and students have two minutes to ask questions.
  • h. The judge’s decision is final and is based on the following criteria.
    1. i.) Creativity
    2. Content
    3. Delivery
    4. Presentation
    5. Questioning
Those that have the ability can use Google to match their speed. Look up information on the topic and create a power point presentation on the spot. It’s an online search competition in which speed and relevancy of results are important

Preliminary Round

  • a. Individual participation will be allowed.
  • b. The topic will be announced on the spot.
  • c. Time allotted: 5 minutes.
  • d. Use the internet to create a PPT with a time limit.
  • e. Only ten people will be chosen for the final.
 

Final Round

  • a. 10-minute time limit.
  • b. On the spot, the topic will be presented.
  • c. Individuality and originality are required.
  • d. Use the Internet to create a PowerPoint presentation.
  • e. Finally, you must present your slides to a panel of respected judges.
If you believe you have the ability to work with various software programmes such as Flash, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver, then come and be a part of the event and demonstrate your skills on the spot.

  • a. The time limit is ten minutes.
  • b. The topic will be announced on the spot.
  • c. Uniqueness and originality are required.
  • d. Create a poster using Corel Draw, Photoshop, or Paint.
Debugging is widely acknowledged to be twice as difficult as writing a programme in the first place. So, if you’re as brilliant as you can be when you build it, how are you going to debug it? It includes multiple-choice questions based on C, C++, Java, and HTML code.

Final Round

  • a. There are 20 objective type questions in a set of paper.
  • b. A 30-minute time limit should be set.
  • c. The candidate with the highest score will be declared the winner.
App development is the process in which developers create an application to be used on smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices. While app development sometimes involves creating a web-based app or a desktop version of the app, the majority of app development projects are deployed to mobile and tablet devices.. If you believe you have the ability to work with various software programmes, then come and be a part of the event and demonstrate your skills on the spot.

  • d. Create a app.
Cyber Security is one of the major AICTE Thrust area in Computer Science it is the practice of defending computers, servers, mobile devices, electronic systems, networks, and data from malicious attacks. It’s also known as information technology security or electronic information security. Please come and be a part of the event and demonstrate your skills on the spot.

  • b. On the spot, the topic will be allocated.
  • c. Individuality and originality are required.
  • d. Use the Internet is allowed.
  • e. Finally, you must demonstrate your app to a panel of respected judges.
