INTRODUCTION

The Allied Management Domain Club brings together students interested in the broader, cross- functional side of management — from organisational behaviour and operations to leadership, strategy, and business ethics. It aims to complement classroom learning through workshops, quizzes, and case study competitions that encourage practical thinking and peer learning. The Club welcomes participation from students across BBA, B.Com(Hons.), and MBA programmes, and collaborates with select professional bodies to bring in outside perspective where useful. Our endeavour is to create a space where students can engage with real management ideas in an approachable, low-pressure setting. New members and interested collaborators are welcome to reach out and be part of our ongoing sessions.

In today's fast-changing business world, understanding how different parts of an organisation work together is just as valuable as mastering any single subject in the classroom. The Club’s activities are built around this idea, helping members sharpen everyday skills such as communication, teamwork, and decision-making, alongside the confidence to think through real business situations. Sessions are kept informal and interactive, so students new to management concepts can join in without hesitation. Over time, the Club also hopes to grow into a small community of alumni, mentors, and industry contacts who can guide students as they prepare for their professional careers ahead.

OBJECTIVE

  1. Strengthen Core Management Understanding To reinforce foundational concepts in management process, organisational behaviour, and business fundamentals, building a base for further specialised learning.
  2. Build Analytical & Strategic Decision-Making Ability To develop students case-analysis, strategic thinking, and crisis-response skills through structured management exercises and simulations.
  3. Promote Ethical & Responsible Business Practice To sensitize students to corporate social responsibility, governance, and the wider social and environmental impact of business decisions.
  4. Encourage Entrepreneurial Thinking To nurture venture-planning, pitching, and startup-readiness skills among students interested in enterprise and innovation.
  5. Foster Global Business Awareness To build a practical understanding of international trade and global management practices relevant to today’s interconnected business environment.
  6. Develop Leadership & Team Collaboration To strengthen leadership orientation, teamwork, and organisational effectiveness among participating students.
  7. Facilitate Industry-Academia Interaction To connect students with professional bodies and industry partners for practical exposure, mentoring, and real-world context beyond the classroom.
  8. Support Professional Readiness To enhance employability and management-readiness among students through a consistent mix of quizzes, competitions, and workshops across the academic year.
