Tecnia Institute of Advanced studies are happy to host the 12th Techno-Vision –IT Academic Fest to be held on
Saturday, 28th of November 2020, at the college campus.The overwhelming response from all participant
colleges in the last eleven years has inspired us to take the Techno-Vision to next level this year in terms of its
content, logistics and magnitude.Widening the scope further Techno-Vision 12th, bring sample opportunities for students to participate and compete in several Online events.The events will give opportunity to many more students to learn, compete and gain exposure with a tinge of enjoyment. This year 5 online events are planned with a dream to make it a platform for a grand Technological Extravaganza. We are excited to welcome all the Tech-savv students in the city and hope to make it an unforgettable experience for each one of them.

Rules and Regulations for the Events
I. WebScape (Website Design)
Webscape is a platform where students showcase their web skills and create attractive and informative sites using latest tools and technologies like dot net, java, php and html etc.
Ist Round:
- Each team will be given a subject to showcase design
- Technologies will be latest web technologies and modules
- Topic will be given on the spot
- Evaluation will be based on Front-end and back-end, it will consist 40%
- 60% to the logic and creativity
- Top team qualified for Mains have to run their site at localserver
- No use of Internet
II. Rapid Coderzzz(Software Programming)
Programming is similar to a game of golf. The point is not getting the ball in the hole but how many strokes it takes thus sorting out a complicated idea into little steps. And that’s the real essence of programming.
Software: C,C++
Ist Round:
- A Team should consist of max 2 members.
- There will be a test conducted of 20 question within 15minutes.
- There will be -ve marking of 1/2 for a wrong answer.
- 10 teams will be short listed for the final round
IIst Round:
- This programming round contains 2 questions
- Based on C/C++.
- Participant can select anyone of them.
- Above questions will cover implementation of common c and c++ concepts.
- Perform Coding on in C/C++
III.Tech Script(Technical Paper Presentation):
Technical paper presentation provides a platform to inculcate in the students a culture of research, thinking and presenting ideas & technology in a professional manner
Software:Microsoft Powerpoint
Ist Round:
- Technical Paper Topic must be any IT related topic.
- Event is open for all student
- Students need to give presentation using PPT.
- Maximum number of slides is 10
- Use of graphics, schematics diagrams and figures are allowed.
- Time limit is 6-10 minutes.
- 2 Minutes time for the query by the judges and students.
- Decision of judge is final based on criteria:
- A) Innovation B) Content C) Delivery D) Presentation E) Question Handling
IV.Google Dance:
Those who have the ability can match their speed with google. Search the content on the given topic and make power point presentation on the spot. It’s an internet searching competition where speed and relevance of result matter.
Software:Microsoft Powerpoint
Ist Round:
- Participation will be individual.
- Topic will be given on the spot.
- Time Given: 5Minutes.
- Make PPT with in Time Limit with the help of internet.
- Only 10 will be shortlisted for final.
IIst Round:
- Time Limit:10minutes
- Topic will be given on the spot.
- Originality and uniqueness is must.
- Make PPT with help of Internet.
- After that You have to Present your Slides in front of respected Judges.
- They will judge you on the basic criteria
V. E-Poster (Poster Design)
If you think that you have the ability to play with different Software’s like flash,photoshop,dreamweaver then come and be the part of event and showcase your talent on the spot.
Software: Microsoft powerpoint,CorelDraw,Photoshop.
Hardware:Personal Computer.
- Time Limit:10 mintues.
- Topic will be given on the spot.
- Originality and uniqueness is must.
- Make Poster with help of Corel Draw/Photoshop/Paint.
VI.BUG FINDER(Debugging):
Everyone Knows That Debugging is Twice as hard as Writing a program in the first place.So if you are as clever as you can be when you write it, how will you ever debug it? It contains MCQ’s based on C,C++,Java,Html code .
Software: C,C++,Java,Html code.
- A Set of Paper contains 20 Objective type Questions.
- Time Limit Should be 30 minutes.
- Candidate scoring higher marks will be the winner.
